How to Prepare

Mix 125g of Sankofa Fufu Powder with 350ml of water in a saucepan (approximately 1 part powder to 2 parts water). Cook whilst stirring continuously with a wooden ladle until the fufu thickens, then knead to a smooth lump — about 4 minutes.
