2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

We ship from the United Kingdom using trusted courier partners including DHL, FedEx, UPS, Royal Mail, TNT, DPD, and other regional carriers. Courier selection depends on destination, package weight, and service availability. All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include applicable taxes. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours. You can track your package through the courier’s website or mobile app.

4. Order Cancellation & Changes

Cancellations: Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders already processed may not be canceled.  

Change of Address: Request changes within 24 hours. Once dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.  

5. Damaged or Missing Items

Report damaged or missing items within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos to admin@duabaafro.co.uk
