To provide the fastest delivery, we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed.
- Standard Cancellation: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Pre-Dispatch: If your order has not yet been processed or handed over to our couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.), we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund.

3. CANCELLATIONS AFTER DISPATCH
Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be canceled.
- If the package is already in transit, you must wait to receive the item and then follow our Return & Refund Policy.
- Please do not refuse the delivery, as this may lead to additional shipping fees or the loss of the package, which may affect your refund eligibility.
4. REFUNDS FOR CANCELED ORDERS
If your cancellation request is received within the 24-hour window and before dispatch:
- Refund Method: The full amount will be refunded to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, etc.).
- Processing Time: Refunds are initiated immediately, but it may take 10 business days (Monday to Friday) for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Fees: There are no cancellation fees or restocking fees for orders canceled before dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Stock Availability: If an item is out of stock or damaged.
