1. RETURN PERIOD
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item(s) to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Condition: The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Packaging: It must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number).
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to health, hygiene, and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (e.g., fresh vegetables, frozen food), unless they arrived damaged
- Opened food items
- Unsealed personal care items
3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

- Email admin@duabaafro.co.uk within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Include your Order Number and reason for return.
- Attach photos if the item is damaged or defective.
Receive Instructions
- We will review your request and provide return approval and shipping instructions.
Ship the Item

- Customers pay shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Return Processing
- We inspect the item upon arrival.
- Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days (Monday to Friday).
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Defective or Wrong Item Received: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we (DUABA AFRO FOODS LTD) will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. NO RESTOCKING FEE
We value your business. Therefore, we do not charge any restocking fee for returned items. You will be refunded the full value of the returned products.
6. REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
Refunds are subject to inspection and approval.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment only (Credit Card and Debit Card).
Timeline: You will receive the credit within 10 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your card issuer's policies and processing times.
7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at admin@duabaafro.co.uk or via WhatsApp so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
8. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@duabaafro.co.uk
9. LEGAL RIGHTS
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer protection laws.
